At Classico Coffee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we only accept returns if:
The product arrived damaged
You received the wrong item
The product was missing from your order
To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Replacement
If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, we can send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Please provide clear photos of the damaged or wrong item when you contact us.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Opened or used products
Items returned after 3 days
Products without proof of purchase
